1. About Us

Pallavi Studio is a handloom and saree retailer based in Gujarat, India, offering handpicked sarees including Banarasi, Kanjivaram, Chiffon, Georgette, Cotton, and Bridal & Wedding collections.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting during photography, especially for handwoven and hand-dyed fabrics. Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order placement will be the final price for that order.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email through the links on our product pages. An order is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it and payment arrangements have been agreed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping across India. Delivery timelines communicated to you are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Given the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of many of our sarees, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, along with photos of the product and packaging. Custom, altered, or blouse-stitched orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product photography, text, logos, and design — is the property of Pallavi Studio and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pallavi Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
